AlpOSS (Alpes Open Source Software) is a local conference organized at the premises of the town of Echirolles, near Grenoble in the French Alps.
This event is the result of a collective initiative of three local digital players with varied profiles: Belledonne Communication, publisher of the Linphone open source solution, the town of Échirolles and OW2 on the open source community side.
Its aim is to create links between suppliers of innovative open source technologies and users, to discuss collaboration models and business models, and to structure and revitalize the local ecosystem.

The Open Politics Project is working on and operationalising open-source tools that help analyse political structures, decisions, and developments—so that journalists, researchers, activists, and engaged citizens can better understand and interpret them.

The Open Search Symposium #ossym24 brings together the Open Web Search community in Europe for the sixth time. The hybrid conference provides a forum to discuss and further develop the ideas and concepts of open internet search, search and AI, and related topics in various formats including scientific talks, panels, workshops, demonstrations, student challenges and informal discussion spaces. Participants include researchers, data centres, libraries, policy makers, legal and ethical experts, and society. A great opportunity for three NGI Search projects to exchange best practices and find new synergies.
